We have a ridiculous ZTL (3 hours per day, 5 days out of 7) and yet there continues to complain about adoption. The network path is to a minimum (the stripes on the ground are not worth much, especially if you can park with impunity above), yet many motorists complain about the presence of cyclists.
Well, okay we want to excel in Turin on everything, but at least we try to lose the pole position of the pollution.
